Interview timing, at a glance.
A calm, highly visible timing tool for interview production. Elapsed and remaining time that producers, hosts and talent can read without interrupting the conversation.
Built native, for a reason
Most show timers run in a browser tab. That's why their release notes are full of screens sleeping mid-show, outputs desyncing after a laptop wakes, and sessions timing out. A native app has no tab to suspend and no session to lose.
It overlays, it doesn't take over
A transparent, click-through layer above your slides, teleprompter or program feed. No second monitor sacrificed to a full-screen web page.
Readable over real video
Contrasting outlines chosen from each colour's luminance, so amber and red stay legible over faces, lamps and bright backgrounds — the moments they matter most.
Frame-exact, for hours
The display is a pure function of a monotonic anchor, so nothing accumulates and nothing drifts. A system clock correction mid-show doesn't jolt the count.
Time-of-day timecode
HH:MM:SS:FF from 23.98 through 60, including SMPTE drop-frame that realigns with the wall clock every ten minutes.
A remote that survives the network
iPhone, iPad or a second Mac over your local network — no cloud account required. It replicates the anchor, not ticks, so it keeps counting correctly even if Wi-Fi drops.
Fits the rig you own
Clean white-on-black or chroma output for ATEM and other hardware keyers, and it sits happily alongside OBS, mimoLive and vMix.
What the operator gets
The things you reach for while an interview is running, on keys you don't have to look at.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Elapsed | Time since the interview started, counting up |
| Countdown | Any duration, counting down — then into overtime with a plus sign, never blanking at zero |
| Warnings | Your own thresholds, with colour and state changes |
| Blackout & flash | Hide it instantly, or flash it to catch a host who isn't looking |
| Messages | Push a line of text to the monitor |
| Live adjust | Add or remove minutes without stopping the timer |
| Size & colour | Scale it to the room, seven presets plus a full colour picker |
